I've seen Acupuncturists in London, Oxford and Chaing Mai over the last 20 years, and I found Ben Davies to be a more intuitive and powerful healer than any I'd seen previously. I booked to see him after three years of chronic urticaria, rashes and inflammation linked to a stressful and traumatic family time, which I had been endlessly trying to manage through diet and supplements. That wasn't working, so I was rather despairing by the time I found Ben. However in just five sessions of Acupuncture with him, my symptoms reduced from an infuriating 7-9 out of 10, to a wonderful 0-3 out of 10, and I've been able to enjoy treats like wine and cheese for the first time in a very long time.
I'm due more sessions in the spring, and I'm also now very happily recommending Ben to friends and family.

I just had my first acupuncture appointment with Ben Davies and I honestly can't remember the last time I've felt this good! Ben was kind and professional, and very transparent about what exactly he was doing (I was a little nervous so this helped immensely) and checked in to make sure I was feeling safe and comfortable. The improvement that I saw in only one session was almost unbelievable and I am over the moon. I was diagnosed with Lyme's disease about a month and a half ago but have dealt with chronic pain for over two years and today is the first time in a VERY long time that I haven't been sore or exhausted. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Massage with Ben has completely changed my life. I came to see Ben about two problems; intense back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome (which I suspected to be a misdiagnosis). Ben started by asking many in-depth questions about my symptoms and the history of the pain. His genuine interest in my experience was very reassuring - I never had a doctor express such interest. In addition, his knowledge and understanding is very impressive - he can really explain the mechanisms which cause the pain, and why the therapy helps.
The results were immediate - after the first session, I went to sleep without any pain in my back for the first time in many months. Ben additionally recommended a few stretches to do daily - it takes me about 3 minutes in the morning. The therapy (initially once a fortnight, now less frequent) and stretches virtually eradicated my back problems and for the first time in 40 years I live without daily pain, which feels like a miracle.
As for carpal tunnel (pain in the hand caused by compressed nerves in the wrist): I was almost at the point of having surgery, but after one session all symptoms disappeared permanently. Again, miracle.
I cannot thank Ben enough for his help, and I cannot recommend him enough.

"In only my first session he resolved a shoulder complaint I had had for almost 3 months. During the treatment I went from having pain and low mobility in my right shoulder (I could not comfortably lift my arm to the side more than about 30-40 degrees) to having very little pain and improved mobility. Things were even better the next day (as Ben predicted) when the pain had gone and my mobility completely returned (I can now easily lift my arm above 90 degrees and all over the place)!"
